Main components consist of a Valley air pad headbox, 50' SS cantilevered fourdrinier table, (2) press sections by LG Industries (1996) rated for 600 and 1500 PLI. (36) 48" dia. x 115" Face dryers code stamped for 100 PSI, inclined size press, 2-roll, 600 PLI Manchester calender, Valley horizontal track reel, and a Beloit model L slitter rewinder with shaftless rewind rated for 4500 FPM. Rockwell Automation DC drive system on winder. DCS Fisher Envox control system.
