One (1) used molded pulp line manufactured by Zhongji Pulp Molded Co. Ltd. Maximum molding length, 1100mm. Maximum molding with 470mm molding height approximately 150mm. Can produce apple trays from 1200 - 1500 pieces/hour or egg trays from 1800 - 225- pieces/hour. Uses various waste papers, from ONP to OCC. 3.1 KW motor for molding machine. 18 KW vacuum pump. Electrics 3150/380 volt. This line is capable of producing various types of food containers, trays, packaging products, etc. Major components consist of a pulper, vibrating screen, sand eliminator for fiber cutting (like a refiner), forming machine with vacuum pump, air compressor and dryer.
