One (1) used Berstorff Model ZE25 extruder having (2) co-rotating intermeshing screws. Barrel consists of (1) feed section and (6) barrel sections. Section Numbers 4, 5 and 6 are vented and plugged. Section number 6 was used for liquid injection. Gearbox is belt driven by approximately 20 HP Reliance DC motor with SCR controller. Unit was fed by K-Tron twin screw feeder. Extruder S/N ED3370/88. Manufactured in 1989. Also includes portable free standing console type panel consisting of (7) Eurotherm Model 808 controllers.
