One (1) used 30" MPM cast film unit with single turret winder, completely unitized on common base with V grooved casers for mobility and rack and pinion motorized assembly for precise final movement and alignment including:
-38" wide air knife assembly with blower system
-38" face by 10" dia. Polished chrome plated primary casting roll with rotary union
-38" face by 10" dia. Matte finished secondary cooling roll with rotary unions
-38" face various idler rollers including edge trim razor slitter assembly
-38" face by 4" dia. Two rubber roll nip haul-off
-30" wide single turret winder for 12" dia. Rolls on 3" ID cores with manual indexing
Operator control panels mounted and wired to unit for Boston Gear variable speed motor control and torque adjustment, Montalvo web tension controller Mdl. MC2, Durant counter, on-off push buttons, etc. MPM S/N 127 C-74, Mfd. 1974, Upgraded and appears to be in good conditions
