One (1) used 17" wide Conquip coating line consisting of following components:
20" Wide cantilevered Model UW-CSVS-20 unwind stand with web cleaners. Can handle 20" diameter rolls and has 3" diameter air shaft.
17" Wide slot die coating section manufactured by Extrusion Die Incorporated.
Bottom Kiss coater - Two roll design
Horizontal dryer - (Not a floatation dryer) electrically heated. Maximum temperature 400 deg. F.
Drum dryer consisting of (10) drums. Rolls are 12" diameter and 20" wide, each roll driven.
Model RW-CSAD-20. Rewind for scrap PET. Cantilevered with tension control. Good for 20" diameter rolls - 3" ID cores.
Product rewind model RW-CSAD-20 cantilevered with tension control. Good for 20" diameter rolls. 3" ID cores.
Previously doing 1 mil - 3mil PET . Design speed 0.1 FPM - 1FPM maximum line speed 5 FPM.
