One (1) used 1250mm (49") working width CML "Mirach" coater laminator. Maximum paper width 1300mm (51"). Capable of running up to 300 mpm (980 fpm). Capable of processing a wide variety of materials, including PET, BOPP, Paper, Laminates, OPP, CPP, Cellophane, LDPE and unsupported Aluminum foil. Major components as follows:
· Shaftless floor pick up 800mm (31") OD unwind stand with 3" and 6" chucks and electric tension control.
· Coating section with (2) metering rolls, (1) rubber covered sleeve type transfer roll, (1) coating calender and exhaust hood.
· Laminating section with web alignment, skew adjustment, steel calender and rubber covered nip roll.
· Second shaftless floor pick-up 800mm (31") OD unwind stand with 3" and 6" chucks and electric tension control.
· Shaftless 800mm (31") OD rewinder with 6" chucks and tension control.
Other components include overhead bridge crane, heating power pack, moveable operators console and drive cabinet.
This machine was new in 1988 and rebuilt in 2007/2008
