One (1) used Mitts & Merrill Model 13CSD Hog-style single rotor grinder. Belt driven by a 125 HP 460 volt motor. Grinding chamber has a panel coil jacket. 15" x 18" feed opening. 22" x 25" discharge opening. (12) Knives. Blower discharge. Multiple spare screens (1/2", 5/8" and 1"). Still installed. New 1979. This shredder has a wide variety of uses, including plastic, rubber, wood, aluminum, chemicals, glass, leather, copper wire, asphalt tiles, etc. Approximate production capacity is 7500 lbs/hour depending on the particular application and discharge screen size.
