One (1) used 60" Laminator equipped with a TEC emissions control incinerator catalytic burner installed in 1989. Specifications are as follows:
· 700 FPM line speed
· 60" Web widths
· Compatible with water and solvent based adhesives/coatings
· Capable of both forward and reverse gravure coating, with water cooled gravure roll capabilities.
· Dual zone gas direct air impingement ovens with tendency driven idlers for web support
· 3 Post oven cooling rolls
· Reversible laminating drum for applying heat through primary or secondary substrate
· 1 Side Corona treaters on both primary and secondary substrate unwinds
· 2-Roll, primary web turret unwind holds up to 32" OD rolls
· 2-Roll, secondary web turret unwind holds up to 25" OD rolls
· 2-Roll, turret rewind stand holds up to 40" OD rolls
· Automatic cross cut on rewind
· Drop splicing on both unwinds
