One (1) used 54" American Tool Machinery Corp. coating line. Line consists of single position driven unwind stand for approximately 32" diameter rolls with Fife web guide. Roll over roll 2-roll coater with doctor blade, each roll 10" OD, chrome plated x 54" wide, each equipped with .25 HP DC motor with motor control. (3) Electrically heated top feed impinged air dryer manufactured by Jet Zone Dryers (Wolverine), 1-station 105" long, second and third station approximately 72" long each. (2) 54" Wide American Tool, reverse roll coaters, nip feed 3-roll design. Each roll driven by .25 HP DC motor with control. Surface rewind utilizing 12" cores for approximately 24" diameter rolls with pull roll assembly and dancer. Single position rewind, center drive with web guide and drive. (2) Condensers for condensing solvent/water recovery, 1000 CFM and 500 CFM capacity. Package includes operator control panel with Modeca PLC for line control and Edward's approximately 10 ton water cooled chiller. Has DC motor control as well as SCR panel for temperature control (DC power for heaters). Previously doing plastic membranes for water purification systems. Approximate length of line 60'.
